I added a health bars for bosses, so boss battles are more fun now.  One life cell usually equals 5 health points. This system is similar to health bars in TMNT: Turtles In Time or TMNT: The Hyperstone Heist. Also there is no more softlocks with Negaduck's special attack (hopefully).

Let me know what you think about them. Health bar colors suits well to DW, but im not sure about other bosses.
